Study Groups

Christchurch CranioSacral multi-hands study group:
Venue: Garden City Health, 221 Innes Road, St Albans, Christchurch

This study group is suitable for all practitioners after taking CST1. The format of the group is to meet and start with discussion for peer support of current cases in your clinic followed by multi-hands CranioSacral Therapy for advanced therapists who have taken SER1 and beyond or technique specific practice for those who have taken CST1 & CST2.

Practice Groups

A practice group is a group of practitioners who get together to peer review the work without a certified practitioner to lead the group. If you belong to a group and would like it listed here so other practitioners can contact you please let Xanthe Ashton know.

Medallion Membership

As an alumni of any course offered by IAHE (International Association of Healthcare Educators) to which Upledger belongs you receive complimentary membership of IAHP (International Association of Healthcare Practitioners). Review Days

For practitioners who have taken CST1 and CST2 (and beyond) there are review days and study days in Auckland and Christchurch. These days are particularly useful if you are in the beginning stages of practicing CranioSacral Therapy and in the process of working towards certification:

Christchurch – July 16th 2026 CST1 review day
Christchurch – July 17th 2026 CST2 review day

Repeating Courses

Repeating courses is a valuable way to review and pick up on the things that you missed. You are advised to repeat courses if you would like to be considered to be a Teaching Assistant or if you are working towards certification exams.

Upledger courses offered in New Zealand can be repeated at a reduced rate of $200 off the full fee.
