By using this website to register for a course, the registrant is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Booking Conditions

All registrations must be accompanied by a minimum $150 deposit within 14 days of registration to guarantee a place on a course. Final balances are due on the balance due date and all courses must be paid for in full before the course commences.

Failure to pay the outstanding amount on time may forfeit your place on the course or change the rate of the course fee.

Course Cancelation Policy

Tuition is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to class or may be applied toward another class at any time. A NZ$100 processing fee applies for cancellations made inside 60 days. A NZ$150 processing fee applies for cancellations made inside 7 days. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Upledger Institute New Zealand reserves the right to cancel any course, in which case all money already paid, will be refunded in full. A course may be postponed, in which case all money already paid will be transferred to the next occurrence of the course within 12 months. If there is no equivalent course held within 12 months, all money already paid will be refunded in full.
